Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 09bt ("09bt", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at 09bt.io. By accessing the 09bt website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be suspended immediately, any funds held will be returned minus any bonuses claimed, and the account will be permanently closed.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one 09bt account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is a violation of these Terms. 09bt reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any bets or winnings associated with accounts in breach of this rule.

2.3 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the point of registration and keep that information updated throughout the life of your account. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held at the time of closure. 09bt is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

2.4 Geographic Eligibility

09bt is operated with a primary focus on the Bangladesh market and is intended for use by players based in Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online betting services is lawful in your jurisdiction. 09bt does not represent or warrant that the platform is legally available in any specific jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.

Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 09bt username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. 09bt will never contact you by email, live chat, phone, or any other channel to ask for your password. Any request for your password claiming to be from 09bt should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 09bt immediately by emailing [email protected]. You accept that all activity conducted through your account prior to such notification is your responsibility. 09bt will investigate reported breaches and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending the account pending investigation.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

09bt operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process consistent with responsible gaming obligations and financial integrity standards. You may be required to submit government-issued photographic identification, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. 09bt reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in account restriction.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request to close your 09bt account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any pending bets will be settled according to their applicable rules before the account is closed. Confirmed winnings and any remaining balance will be returned to your designated withdrawal method following KYC clearance. 09bt reserves the right to close any account without prior notice where a breach of these Terms is identified.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

09bt accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and selected bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Sonali Bank, and Islami Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Specific limits are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of transaction. 09bt reserves the right to adjust limits at any time, including applying enhanced limits to accounts with elevated activity.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are typically processed within 1 to 3 hours under normal operational conditions, 24 hours a day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, security review, or in circumstances where additional verification is required. 09bt does not charge internal fees on standard withdrawals, though payment processors may apply their own fees in some cases.

4.4 Own-Account Transactions Only

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Similarly, withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that match your verified identity. 09bt reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third party and to withhold withdrawals where identity verification has not been completed.

4.5 Currency

All account balances, transactions, bets, and winnings on 09bt are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied. The ৳ symbol and "BDT" abbreviation are used interchangeably throughout the platform to refer to the same currency.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

09bt may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback promotions, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms that are published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Wagering requirements specify a minimum number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the promotion) must be staked before a withdrawal is permitted. Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type and are specified in the individual bonus terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

09bt actively monitors account activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim one-time bonuses repeatedly; using bonus funds exclusively on high-RTP games to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk; coordinating with other accounts to complete wagering on both sides of a bet; and withdrawing funds immediately upon meeting minimum wagering thresholds without genuine recreational play. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse will have bonus winnings voided and may be permanently suspended.

5.4 Promotion Availability

09bt reserves the right to amend, pause, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Participation in any promotion is at 09bt's sole discretion and may be restricted based on account status, verification level, or prior activity history.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

Cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports betting markets on 09bt are governed by the specific betting rules applicable to each sport, which are published within the Sports section of the platform. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the stated odds at the time of acceptance apply. 09bt reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing error, data feed failure, or market integrity concerns.

6.2 Live Casino Games

Live dealer games including baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and other table games are streamed in real-time and governed by the rules displayed within each game environment. The rules applied by the live dealer are definitive. In the event of a technical failure during a live game hand or round, the outcome is determined by the platform provider's rules. 09bt accepts no liability for interruptions caused by the player's own internet connection.

6.3 Slot Games

All slot games on the 09bt platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available within the information panel of each game. Progressive jackpot payouts are governed by the rules of the specific jackpot network. 09bt does not manipulate slot outcomes and has no ability to alter the output of a certified RNG.

6.4 Void Bets and Error Correction

09bt reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where an obvious error in odds or lines has occurred. An obvious error is defined as odds or lines that deviate materially from the correct market price in a way that a reasonable person would recognise as a mistake. In such cases, affected bets are voided and stakes are returned. 09bt will not honour winnings derived from such errors.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 09bt platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Registering an account while under 21 years of age or assisting an underage person in accessing the platform
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Creating or operating more than one account
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to place bets or interact with the platform without human action
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair financial advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or market
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any form of financial fraud
• Depositing funds via third-party payment accounts not registered in your name
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith

Intellectual Property

All content on the 09bt platform — including but not limited to the 09bt brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 09bt or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, transmit, or create derivative works from any content on the 09bt platform without prior written consent from 09bt. Unauthorised use of 09bt's intellectual property will be pursued under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

09bt provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While 09bt makes reasonable efforts to ensure consistent availability, 09bt does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, and third-party infrastructure failures may affect platform availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 09bt's total liability to you for any direct loss arising from use of the platform is limited to the net deposits you have made in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 09bt accepts no liability for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

Gambling involves risk. 09bt does not accept any liability for financial losses resulting from wagering on the platform. It is your responsibility to make informed decisions about your level of play and to utilise the responsible gaming tools available in your account dashboard if needed.

It is your responsibility to ensure that using the platform is lawful in your location.
